Lee Polak, founded Lemark Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1970. The company, now
years old, is operated by Lee and Mark Polak with combined experience of over
years.
Our agency writes insurance with over 100 carriers, both admitted and non-admitted.
We carry numerous lines of insurance which include:
